Helpful support resolving delivery issues
We had a great experience with Harmony Hanson. She was attentive in the store and helped us find a few furniture solutions for what we needed. There was a problem with one of the pieces that was delivered, and she stood by our side for a few months, helping us get it resolved. That is the only reason I am writing this review. I was disappointed with the way Rooms To Go customer service handled our issue, but Harmony stayed with it and made sure it got fixed anyway. You should definitely work with her if you can.
