We found this approach very much suited for those who feel intimidated by the idea of having an operation, especially when it’s benign or less serious.
Perhaps for this reason, many patients appreciate that she makes them comfortable during visits. She doesn’t rush appointments and listens well to determine the best course of action for their needs.
But the same can’t be said about the office communication. Oftentimes, they can be difficult to reach, such as having calls sent to voicemail.

Her expertise is best suited for patients with complex or “mystery” cases that overlap with other conditions like Celiac disease. We find it reassuring that she digs deeper into persistent symptoms and uncovers underlying issues that doctors may miss.
Some patients we interviewed even said that she was able to detect cancerous nodules via ultrasound after years of standard care failed to identify the problem, leading to earlier intervention.
On the flip side, there are recurring mentions of difficulty reaching the office by phone. Some callers experienced being constantly sent to voicemail even after several call attempts.

They’re well-structured to support ongoing care plans that progress over time. This is particularly important for conditions like hyperthyroidism that require regular monitoring and dosage adjustments.
According to some clients, NEFEDA’s continuous care and routine monitoring helped them keep their doses and lab results more stable as compared to their previous doctors.
We also like that they teach patients self-management, providing them with tools, support, and information so they can learn how to deal with their situation proactively.
