“We came back from a six week trip to mold in our master bedroom suite! I knew something smelled funny when we walked in the front door, but when we went into our suite, it was horrible. A black jacket that I had left hanging on my hook, was covered in white mildew/mold.
I found Spencer‘s company through Chat GPT! Apparently two of his employees were out, so he came himself & did a complete walk-through of the master bedroom, sitting room, two walk-in closets (one with a full-sized velvet couch) and bathroom. I did get an estimate from another company, but we decide to go with Pure Maintenance because they would not only do the mold remediation, but thoroughly clean the ducts and sanitize the grates as well.

We did have a little lapse in communication about scheduling the Mold hygienist to create the protocol of work, which delayed us about a week. However, Mallory (our case manager) clarified the issues and was very helpful and communicative for the rest of the process.
Once the protocol was complete (contracted to Bigfoot Air Quality Solutions by recommendation of UWG) Andres completed all of the work in our kitchen. He went above and beyond expectations taking extra time to protect our cabinets during removal and helping clean each one so that we could reuse them after remediation was complete.
