1. Quick Catch

Phone: +19048596585

Business Hours: Daily: 8:00am – 9:00pm

The first thing I noticed about Quick Catch is that they have knowledgeable staff whom previous clients can vouch for, which is important since they have a comprehensive list of wildlife they can catch, like snakes, rodents, and skunks – even dead animals!

I hate that my Chichi might get into contact with wildlife since I don’t know how it would affect her health, so it was great that Quick Catch has a long list of accepted animals. However, they don’t accept stray cats and dogs, so you’d have to go elsewhere for that.

They’re a licensed company, and they even have their license noted on their website, so you’re sure about the quality of work that you’ll get. I wouldn’t pass on the opportunity to get professional service.

You’d never know when wildlife would suddenly enter your home, so it’s convenient that they also have emergency animal pickup calls after hours from 5:00pm – 9:00pm and on weekends from 7:00am – 9:00pm. No more fear of having to wait too long!

Pros

  • Comprehensive list of wildlife accepted
  • Licensed company
  • Available for emergency animal pickup calls

Cons

  • Does not catch cats and dogs
  • No pricing listed

Knowledgeable and efficient

“All by accident, I located a yellow rat snake crawling on the side of my brick which eventually existed into a very tiny hole between the fascia board and the brick.  After having my 40 year old insulation removed by a pest control company due to years of infestation, I learned of Quick Catch.  After talking on the telephone with the knowledgeable person, I requested for trapping service for rodents and sealing off the attic’s permitter. Mr. John showed up to set the traps in the attic and David sealed the permittier including placing wire over each attic vent.  Excellent job guys! Thank you 🙏🏻”

    Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous

“Christopher of Quick Catch has been working with me twice a week for the last several weeks to trap rats that tore through my AC duct work and shredded the insulation for two units-one in the attic and the other under the house. Chris has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After being told by 4 pest control companies that they do not go under the house or seal any entry/exit points, finding Quick Catch was a true blessing!!! The first thing Chris did was seal all possible entry points to contain the rats so that we would know we got them all. Then he returned twice a week to check the traps he had set out. If you have wildlife pests of any kind, Quick Catch is the BEST company to call. You won’t be disappointed!”

I checked Wildlife Removal Services, just expecting the usual, but I was pleasantly surprised to know that they also do wildlife inspections of new or resold homes. My friend Marty recently bought a new house down the block, so he was excited about this.

While they don’t cover domestic animals and insects like cats, dogs, and termites, they have a diverse range of animal removal services like armadillo, bats, and rodents.

It’s important to note that they don’t exterminate these animals – they only relocate them far from the city.

It’s convenient that they also offer animal waste removal because wildlife don’t know how to clean up after themselves. Wildlife Removal can help with urine, feces, and even nesting.

They’re a licensed company that accepts 24/7 emergency calls, so it’s best to keep them on speed dial.

      Pros

      • Diverse animal removal services
      • Wildlife inspections of new homes
      • Animal waste removal

      Cons

      • No pricing online
      • Does not cover domestic animals and insects

They are humane with the capture process and made all of the work to prevent returns and prohibit re-entry look clean professional. If you have any issues with unwanted critters, definitely give them a call!”

I’d recommend Hunt Wildlife Services if you need animal control reinforcement to prevent re-entry of wildlife in your home. It’s frustrating whenever you’ve already done the removal process but they end up sneaking back in, so it’s best to book this service.

They have methods not just to remove wildlife, but also to repel creatures and avoid them from returning to your home.

I find it convenient that they have 24/7 customer service because you’d want to get rid of pesky animals as soon as possible – through humane methods, of course.

While they don’t have a licensing guarantee, their contamination sanitation services is a go-signal for me because I’d want my space all clean after getting rid of unwanted animals at my place.

“This is a great company.  Astin is professional, timely, and affordable.  More important, he is successful!  We had a rodent problem that was ongoing and a prior vendor was not able to solve the problem.   HWS was referred to us and we hired them to help us.   They promptly solved the infestation problem for us.  We have referred them to several friends and clients and they have all been equally satisfied.    Call Astin!”

I checked this out after my neighbors mentioned that Coastal Wildlife are surely well-trained and equipped to get the job done.

It’s like a stamp of approval knowing that they’re active members of national organizations like the National Wildlife Control Operators Association and the National Pest Management Association – a clear sign that they know what they’re doing.

While they claim to have methods of humane relocation, they only have limited information on their relocation practices, so this is not a good fit for you if you need a guarantee.

I find it helpful that they have 24/7 emergency services considering that they could capture various wildlife like squirrels, moles, and snakes. I’m particularly scared of snakes, so it’s reassuring knowing that they have this service.

              Pros

              • Removal of various wildlife
              • 24/7 emergency services
              • Active members of national organizations

              Cons

              • No transparent pricing
              • Limited information on relocation practices

              Professional, punctual, and knowledgeable

“I had a great experience with Coastal Wildlife and Dakota! They helped remove raccoons from my property and were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Dakota communicated clearly every step of the way and was great at explaining what was happening and what to expect. What really stood out was the problem-solving approach—he quickly figured out the best solution and handled everything efficiently. Highly recommend Coastal Wildlife for anyone dealing with wildlife issues. Great service all around.”

              – Brown, Google Review

                Quickly responds, and explains thoroughly

“I called this service because my mother had raccoons in her attic. I live in a different state than my mother, so I needed some group with great communication. I was extremely impressed with the quick response and consistent contact of all of the staff. They took their time to answer all of my questions and explain the process thoroughly. They were always there when they said they would be and always sent me a follow up text after each visit. I really appreciated their professional attitude. Even though, I had to work with Coastal Wildlife from afar, I felt included all along the way. This gave me a feeling of trust and confidence. I would highly recommend Coastal Wildlife to anybody who might be experiencing pest, rodent, or Wildlife issues.”

I didn’t expect that Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) couldn’t provide wildlife removal because I thought they were an all-around service. They’re welcoming and open to accepting stray cats, though, especially for the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) system.

It’s helpful that there are organizations like this to solve the overpopulation problem of animals like cats and dogs. TNR is a different approach to humane control of stray animal concerns.

JHS offers a pet-friendly public evacuation center program, which is a unique offering especially during storms. It’s very compassionate of them to provide this option because many animals need shelter during these times.

They also offer support to owners who have lost their fur babies, and foster pet owners who have found stray pets. Apart from this, they also coordinate the rehoming of pets for adoption.

JHS focuses on stray cats and dogs, though, so if you need wildlife removal like snakes and rodents, it’s better to look for a different service. They also don’t have pest prevention, so their services are quite limited but highly specialized.

                  Pros

                  • Accepts stray cats
                  • Offers a pet-friendly public evacuation center program
                  • Provides support for lost pets

                  Cons

                  • No wildlife removal
                  • No pest prevention services

                  Knowledgeable and compassionate

“Knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful and compassionate with community cats that are TNR’ S or any other medical issue thank you guys for all you do for the community.”

                  – Sam, Google Review

                  Comforting and gentle staff

“My rating is based on a brief experience I had at JHS today, but I look forward to being able to work with them more. I was devastated to have to surrender a stray dog I found by Normandy Village Elementary who wasn’t in the best shape. He’s so sweet & the staff were gentle with me as they could tell I was upset by the situation. They made me feel more comfortable & happy with my decision to bring him to a shelter. They told me about volunteer opportunities after I nearly broke down about wanting to be able to visit the dog. He goes by T-Bone there & will be neutered, then up for adoption.”
