I’ve been looking around for videographers who can capture intimate moments among family and friends. I encountered Ricker Films, and, I must say, I like their cinematic style that’s polished yet personal.
Ricker Films’ output doesn’t feel templated or cookie-cutter, either. The clients feel comfortable enough that they can express their true emotions on the spot, which is why they’re highly recommended by their previous clients.

Jay Grubb has been in the industry for over 10 years, and their experience shows. Their 4K video quality reflects how clearly they can translate a project’s vision into reality, so you’re assured of sharp and professional-looking results.
They also offer unique services like live streaming of events, which is especially great for those who want to blast their event to a wider audience. While their style is clean documentation, though, it may seem a bit standard and “safe” for others.
Their prices are also a bit on the higher end but based on client feedback, all of it is worth the price. I mean, if you can get reliable services for your special event, why not give it a shot?

They’re very casual and relaxed, which helps clients feel more comfortable in front of the camera. That ease often comes through in the final video, making this a valuable quality in a videographer.
I like how they offer both photography and videography packages, too, so I can get it all in one place if needed. While their services still don’t have a lot of technical information behind them, they’re backed by positive feedback from clients.

Upon seeing Corey Thomas Films, I liked their videos’ vintage vibe, which made them feel soft, inviting, and romantic.
Their storytelling felt natural as well. It’s as if they were capturing a lovely moment that was sure to be a sweet memory.
Their videos have a retro vibe because of their fuzzy visuals and soft tones, though, which could be a good thing depending on what you’re looking for.
It’s not to everyone’s liking, that’s for sure, considering a lot of videos nowadays aim to be crisp and ultra-clear.
While their style may not be for everyone, their services and professionalism speak volumes. Many of their previous clients appreciate how they’re passionate and very creative when it comes to their deliverables.
