The 5 Best Prenatal Massage Clinics in Jacksonville for Relaxation and Relief During Pregnancy

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Certified Prenatal Therapists: I focused on providers with proper training in prenatal massage to ensure safe techniques tailored for each stage of pregnancy.

Comfort and Safety Measures: I looked for places that use supportive pillows, side-lying positions, and pregnancy-safe products to keep both mom and baby comfortable.

Customer Reviews: I checked feedback from expectant mothers, especially comments about pain relief and overall experience.

Cleanliness and Ambience: A calm, hygienic environment matters even more during pregnancy, so I prioritized spas known for maintaining high standards.

Transparent Pricing: No one wants surprise charges, so I chose businesses with clear service menus and upfront pricing.

Range of Services: Extra points went to places offering complementary services like postpartum massage or wellness treatments.

I didn’t fully understand the value of prenatal massage until the backaches, swollen feet, and restless nights started to pile up. Pregnancy is beautiful, but it can also be physically exhausting in ways you don’t expect.

At one point, even sitting comfortably felt like a challenge. That’s when I started looking into prenatal massage in Jacksonville, hoping for some relief. What did I find? Not all massage services are created equal, especially when it comes to pregnancy-safe care.

Some places felt generic, while others truly understood how to support a pregnant body with the right techniques, positioning, and care. The difference was night and day.

After trying a few and doing some research, I’ve rounded up the ones that actually make a difference.

How much do prenatal massages cost in Jacksonville?

Prenatal massages in Jacksonville typically cost $80-$150 per session, depending on the spa, session length, and therapist expertise. Specialized services, longer sessions, and add-ons like aromatherapy may increase the price.

The Wellness Hub is a solid choice if you want a massage that’s both relaxing and thoughtfully tailored, especially during pregnancy.

Their first-time rate of $80 for a one-hour massage is actually quite affordable. It already includes hot stones, hot towels, and aromatherapy at no extra cost. It doesn’t feel stripped down at all.

The company focuses on light to medium pressure, which works well if you are looking to unwind rather than go for deep tissue work.

Their advanced prenatal massage is priced at $90 per hour, which is still reasonable given the targeted relief it offers. They address sciatica, headaches, and round ligament pain.

What really stands out is how they support comfort. With specialized pillows and side-lying positioning, everything is designed to be safe for both mom and baby.

Jacksonville Wellness Hub also offers postpartum therapy, plus services like acupuncture and red light therapy.

One limitation is that they don’t offer induction massages that help induce labor. Clients who need this service may need to look for another provider.

Pros

  • Affordable first-time pricing
  • Inclusive add-ons at no extra cost
  • Strong prenatal and postpartum care

Cons

  • No induction massage available

Very sweet to talk to

I booked my first official prenatal massage with Crystal at 32 weeks pregnant. She has nearly 20 years of experience, which definitely showed. When I read on Wellness Hub’s social media that Crystal ‘can address chronic back pain, tension headaches, repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, whiplash and neck pain and much more….’ I knew I wanted to book her!

I was dealing with lower back pain that comes with 3rd trimester pregnancy, overall stress and insomnia when I entered the Wellness Hub. I left feeling SO much better. I literally felt like I could walk better and got a better night sleep because of the massage. Felt great!

During the massage, I laid on my left side with a pillow between my legs (she also has the cushion so you could lay down on your belly with the holes cut out). It felt so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Crystal applied great pressure and it was so relaxing. She is also very sweet to talk to, I was comfortable with her.

I highly recommend Crystal for anything, especially a prenatal massage. I already have my next appointment booked with her! Looking forward to it!”

Price is affordable

“I received a prenatal massage from Kasey, it was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable. Explained what cupping is and worked my problem areas. First time receiving cupping & it definitely help relieve the tension I had in my neck that’s been causing me intense migraines. Would highly recommend. Very relaxing experience. Price is affordable & will definitely book here again.

Positive: Communication, Quality, Professionalism”

Peace & Quiet Massage feels more personal compared to bigger wellness centers, and that’s largely because of its story.

The owner, Dara, started the practice after struggling to find proper prenatal care during her own pregnancy. This explains the thoughtful approach behind the services.

She’s been in the field since 2008 and became a Prenatal Massage Specialist in 2015 after attending massage school. So there’s a solid level of experience here.

Beyond standard prenatal massages, they also offer Mercier Therapy. This focuses on improving pelvic and abdominal health through enhanced blood flow. It’s especially helpful for those trying to conceive or undergoing IVF.

Another standout is their C-section recovery program, designed to help with healing around six weeks postpartum. It’s not something every clinic offers, so it adds a more comprehensive layer of care.

The only drawback is communication. Some clients mention that email responses can be slower than expected.

Pros

  • Experienced prenatal specialist
  • Offers Mercier Therapy
  • Includes C-section recovery support

Cons

  • Slow email response times

After the one-hour massage, I was completely relaxed

Dara’s care was amazing! A dear friend gifted me a massage with Dara while I was pregnant, and I decided to use it for postpartum care. She is so friendly and made me feel at ease. The facility for her services are clean and the lighting and smells are relaxing. Dara is very skilled and knowledgeable about massage therapy. She provided relief to my back muscles that needed care after hours of hunching over while nursing my newborn 🙂 I also enjoyed the use of hot stones. She thinks of every detail to make you feel comfortable. I nurse and she even had a special pillow set up to make me feel comfortable during my massage. After the one hour massage I was completely relaxed! I would highly recommend Dara’s services!”

I left feeling so relaxed mentally and physically

“Cannot recommend enough! The location was easy to find, clean, and peaceful. The prenatal massage was PERFECTION. I’m in my third trimester so I’m at the point where everything hurts, all the time. After my massage, I left feeling so relaxed mentally and physically. I told my husband this may be the first day all pregnancy where I’ve got no physical pains!! Dara is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I absolutely will continue to see her through pregnancy any beyond!”

A friend of mine tried the NOW Massage, and the way she described it, the whole experience felt more curated than your typical spa visit.

They offer a mix of Swedish-inspired, sports, and energy-balancing massages. So there’s flexibility depending on what your body actually needs.

She also highlighted a few standout add-ons—like crystal hot stones and body gua sha using Bian stone tools. Overall, it leans more toward a holistic, wellness-focused experience rather than just basic massage services.

They also offer extras like gliding cupping and herbal heat therapy, which makes it easy to customize your session.

If you plan to go regularly, their Ritual Membership can help you save. It has perks like rollover credits and discounted longer sessions. The NOW even throws in a $20 promo card when you buy a $100 gift card, which is a nice bonus.

The only issue my friend ran into was billing. She canceled her subscription but was still charged afterward.

Pros

  • Wide variety of massage styles
  • Unique wellness add-ons
  • Flexible billing membership perks

Cons

  • Reports of billing issues after cancellation

Reasonable price

Today I received a prenatal massage and fresh eye treatment with Tameka. As soon as I entered the clinic, I was greeted and checked in by the receptionist who was friendly. I was immediately impressed with the lobby’s design but overwhelmed by the fragrant smell. While nice smelling, it was too strong. Not sure if it’s because I’m 6 months pregnant but I had to go outside to escape it as it made my head hurt.

After discussing my desires with Tameka, I was escorted to my room and left to get undressed. The strong smell was absent thankfully however the ocean waves were a little too loud. I could barely hear what Tameka said. I was unsure where to put my belongings and also how to lay on the table as this was my first prenatal massage. After confirming once Tameka came back in, my massage began and was different than other massage styles but wonderful.

Tameka made me feel completely at ease. She really worked out the kinks. I enjoyed my experience but would likely return after delivery.

Price assessment: reasonable price

Services: Skin treatments”

I walked out of that room, so in a blissful daze

“I’ve been getting massages for 10 years now and I’ve always gotten deep tissue and never felt truly satisfied. Today, I truly feel like I got what I paid for. My therapist was Christopher and OH MY GOD. I truly feel like I’m living on a cloud right now after our appointment.

I walked out of that room so in a blissful daze, I confused another therapist with mine and also the new receptionist with the one who signed me in 🤣

I 1000% recommend and 1000000% recommend Christopher if you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage.

I will be returning often.”

Relax at Hand is a good fit if you are after a calming, no-frills massage experience with a bit of a holistic twist.

Their prenatal massages start at $75 per hour. This is definitely on the affordable side, especially considering the focus on gentle, targeted techniques. This helps ease tension and discomfort.

The sessions are designed to support both physical and emotional well-being, which makes a difference if you’re dealing with the stress that comes with pregnancy.

The company also offers intuitive reiki, which adds an energy-healing option for those who want something beyond traditional massage.

Their pricing structure is pretty accessible overall. Monthly memberships start at $65 and include a 60-minute massage. Meanwhile, bundles start at $225 for four sessions, making both options solid values for regular visits.

The main downside is scheduling. Some clients find it difficult to book appointments over the phone.

Pros

  • Affordable massage pricing
  • Offers Reiki and holistic services
  • Good membership and bundle value

Cons

  • Phone scheduling can be difficult

It’s more than a massage—it’s healing, and it’s refueling

Carmen is a beautiful soul, with amazingly gifted hands! She is a constant student of her craft which makes her the best at what she does!  She is intuitive and knowledgeable and I feel safe and seen when I’m there.  It’s more than a massage – it’s healing, it’s refueling, it’s a time of rebuilding.  I’m a forever client and love her work!  Her space is calming, pristine and everything you’d want in a massage environment.”

Kind, skilled, and considerate

“A+ all around: Kind, skilled, great setting, clean, considerate, and therapeutic. Carmen is a truly wonderful and talented woman. A session with her is really massage THERAPY!! Her energy makes me feel at ease and she always respects if you either do or don’t want to chat while on the table. She is trauma informed and sensitive to any accommodations you may need to feel comfortable. I would also recommend her weekly email newsletter, one I read every week! 🥰”

Balanced Soul Wellness leans more toward a full-service self-care space rather than just a massage clinic.

Their prenatal massages start at $129 for 50 minutes, which is noticeably higher than others. So it may not be the most budget-friendly option.

However, they do offer a membership that includes one massage per month plus 10% off additional services and skincare products. If you plan to visit often, it can help offset the higher base pricing.

What makes them stand out is the range of services. Aside from massages, they also offer hair removal, dermaplaning, nail services, and more. It’s convenient if you prefer handling multiple treatments in one place.

Balanced Soul Wellness has also maintained a quality rating above 95% and partners with local residences to offer discounts, which adds a bit of extra value.

Still, the pricing remains the biggest drawback compared to similar providers.

Pros

  • Wide range of services
  • Membership perks available
  • High-quality rating

Cons

  • More expensive than other options

I felt comfortable from start to finish

As someone that is 33 weeks pregnant, I’ve been very cautious about massages. But Lisa absolutely put my mind at ease. She was so knowledgeable of the prenatal massage process, that I felt comfortable from start to finish. The ambiance of this place is also stunning. It was magic.”

My massage therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Balanced Soul Wellness! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully designed to promote relaxation.

My massage therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive — they took the time to understand my needs and focused on all the areas that needed extra care. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely renewed. Highly recommend to anyone in need a great spa treatment!”
