The food was so healthy and delicious! Most of note to me was that the meats were juicy and not dry!! Unfortunately often times buffets at big events that is not the case. They were also willing to do a kids menu since we had many kids in attendance and worked with me on every dish that was served from the appetizers through the meal. Beyond that Stephen was a joy to work with. He was extremely professional and caring, which is always much appreciated. They started in 2021, so they’re relatively new, but they’ve already catered to over 100 events across Jacksonville and nearby areas. Their specialty is Caribbean fusion cuisine, blending flavors from American, Italian, and Caribbean dishes.
One thing I find especially interesting is their fully equipped catering truck. It acts as a mobile kitchen, which is perfect for venues without cooking facilities.
However, there have been mentions of smaller portion sizes when using their food truck service.
But other clients like that the team handles setup and cleanup. The chefs can cook either on-site or in their own kitchen, depending on your needs.
It’s also nice to see their eco-conscious approach, using compostable packaging made from plant fibers. This shows how much they care about helping the planet.
