Looking for a home rental can be stressful, but Joseph Ellen Properties makes it much easier.
Joseph Ellen offers a wide variety of property types, and these are categorized clearly online like their Pool Homes, Signature Collection, venues for Micro Events, and Wedding-friendly venues.
The client feedback that caught my attention, though, was their inconsistent maintenance. I’m all about cleanliness, and this didn’t sit right with me. However, many clients vouch for their quality, so it could’ve just been a bad day.
Regardless, it’s evident how the benefits outweigh the lapses since they have pet-friendly homes, which is great news for fur parents. You wouldn’t want to leave your pets behind.
They have 24/7 guest support, too, so you don’t have to worry about unanswered calls.
Take note of their strict cancellation policy, though, wherein you’d have to look for a suitable property alternative within Joseph Ellen’s options if your first choice is deemed unclean or unsafe. Otherwise, you’d have to forfeit your right to a refund.

To be honest, I know the market is already saturated with a variety of options, but I think Green River Property Management is a standout.
They offer a variety of property types, including duplex, loft, condo, and apartment, so you’re guaranteed to find something that suits your taste and lifestyle. Make sure to get an accurate quote, though, because some clients mention hidden costs.
What I’ve learned from previous tenants is how the company showed responsiveness and promptness in answering questions. But it can be kind of a mixed bag, as some say that they’re inconsistent when it comes to returning calls.
Still, most feedback was positive.
For pet owners, you’d be happy to know that they have a pet guarantee for approved pets. This covers up to $1,500 worth of damage to property caused by your pet, which is already a good deal.
