Going beyond mere pest control, I look for services that are safe for everyone in the household, so I like that All U Need Pest Control claims to use family- and pet-friendly products.
Their services cover a wide range of pests like roaches, rodents, spiders, and even scorpions, so they’re great if you have various types of terrible infestations.
For termite infestation, they use a technology called the Sentricon system, which I think is pretty cool because what it does is lead a “worker” termite to bring a certain chemical directly to their colony.
While they claim to answer phone calls within 30 seconds, and they can report to your home within 48 hours, they don’t mention anything about same day services.
So, if you need to get rid of pests ASAP, you might want to look elsewhere, or double-check with the company.
They also lack pricing transparency, but they do provide a special offer of $75 off their standard home pest control program.

Their pest control applies to various infestations like centipedes, moths, bed bugs, and scorpions. For rodents and wildlife pests, they use FlexiArmour technology that ensures long-term protection while providing an eco-friendly solution.
I was considering an annual plan, too, because Terminix offers PestFree365, which is a preventative plan for a whole year. It includes a guarantee that the team would return to your home at no additional cost if an infestation comes back.
My friend Jay told me, though, that they sometimes lack coordination in rescheduling appointments. Sometimes they even pull a no-show with clients, so it may be difficult if you’re in a rush.

Like many, I’m scared of rats, and I also don’t want anyone getting sick from their bites or even pee. That’s why it felt like a breakthrough knowing that Turner Pest Control uses SMART rodent control as their pest treatment.
SMART rodent control involves real-time rodent monitoring to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of rodent treatment. It’s safe and non-toxic, so it’s good for you and your pet, plus it’s a humane solution for these pests.
You wouldn’t want to skimp on pest control services, so it’s convenient that Turner offers various promos like $50 off your first pest control service. I mean, you’d take any savings you could get.
It’s also great that they serve both residential and commercial areas because my colleague Tim who prefers working at his rented office space was able to book their services. He didn’t like working with mosquitoes!
Turner demands patience, though, because their team hasn’t been well-trained yet, and some clients report lack of knowledge. The team also has a tendency to have delayed return calls, so this may lead to frustration.

Whatever pest you may have, most likely Lindsey will be able to cover it. From termites and bed bugs to cockroaches and beetles, Lindsey doesn’t turn away from anything, so you could finally get rid of all those pesky creatures.
If you’re worried about worsening conditions, the good news is that they have same-day services, so you could address your pest problem immediately.
Their team, however, has been reported to have the tendency to miss out on some pests, so they end up not completely clearing them out. There are instances, too, of a lack of follow-through from the management when it comes to follow-up treatments.

I love that I heard from my neighbor Jess that Trad’s Pest Control offers lawn care apart from pest control. I like maintaining a well-kept yard, and though pest control is part of it, lawn care is just as important.
I get mosquito bites a lot, so I like that Trad’s services cover mosquitoes, along with rodents, termites, fleas, and cockroaches—so you wouldn’t have to worry about these pests ruining any of your personal belongings.
If worse comes to worst, you could book Trad’s same-day service, so you could get immediate relief from unwanted creatures.
However, their team has been reported to have instances of inconsistent results and customer service. I’ve heard from previous clients that they lack accountability for the quality of their service, and there are times when they abruptly leave clients.
