I was first drawn to Intelligent Office because of their affordable package that includes all the staples that I need from a virtual office. I needed to improve my freelance business’ credibility, so I just needed a business address and mail services to start with.
What I wish to explore, though, is their iAssistant. It includes calendar sync, scheduling, and confirmation calls.
I found confirmation calls most intriguing, as these calls help reduce no-shows by reminding clients of their appointment. As such, I’m able to maximize my time by avoiding last-minute cancellations of meetings or appointments.
While I was satisfied with Intelligent Office’s basic package, I found that their premium packages may be a bit over my budget. Freelancers looking for basic offerings may also find their website a bit intimidating and overwhelming due to its layout.

I checked for meeting rooms where I could hold presentations, and I liked Office Evolution because of their fully equipped spaces that have projectors and screens. Their website lists their services, making it convenient to decide if I want to book a slot.
The staff were very accommodating, too. They answered my queries about whether they have mail forwarding services as well.
It was time for me to separate my professional address from my personal address, so it was good to know that they had this offering.
Though it didn’t affect my work, I would have preferred it if their meeting rooms had a bit of personality in terms of design, since their rooms felt a bit generic. Also, one thing to consider when booking Office Evolution is that their pricing may entail hidden costs.

My friend James, who works in healthcare, has tried LionShare Cowork. His freelance work is unpredictable, so he likes their flexible contract packages.
They still send files via fax in his industry, so he’s happy with their fax service, which is rare nowadays.
LionShare Cowork has perks that you never knew you needed, like having free notary services. If you’re attending a meeting, for example, it seems more efficient to have your document notarized in the same location, so you don’t miss your appointment.
These are exciting perks for a virtual office; however, there are times when they may have delays in communication. This can get in the way of your business processes, especially if they have inconsistent follow-through with clients.

I tried Kuna Coworking initially because of location convenience, but their pricing is also average, given their positive reviews from previous clients. I’m guessing these reviews may partly be because of parking availability, which is a good perk, if you ask me.
Another great factor I appreciate about Kuna Coworking is their flexible package options. Freelance demands change at the last minute, so this flexibility allows me to continue providing effective services to my clients.
I had to contact them to have a better picture of their offerings, though, as their website isn’t very detailed when it comes to outlining their packages. Also, while their pricing is average, it may still entail hidden charges.

I conduct in-person meetings to discuss important matters, so I always look for meeting rooms that are not just fairly decent, but also maintain cleanliness for even the most elite clients I have. My Executive Center provides that, and I love them for it.
One time, my client had to arrange a quick meeting with me regarding an urgent concern, and that’s when I discovered that My Executive Center can cater to last-minute meetings.
It was a lifesaver! I was also able to adjust my flexible contract terms for this.
Though they’re flexible when it comes to packages, they do require a relatively hefty deposit that may not be within everyone’s budget. Their website is also not the most user-friendly, as it doesn’t completely list down their scope of services.
