The next time I need junk disposal, I’d consider College Hunks, especially if I need long-distance pickups. They accept various junk like exercise equipment, construction debris, and carpets, which is perfect if you have an assortment of junk at home.
College Hunks also has a big heart because they partner with Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity regarding recycling and donation of up to 70% of their collected items. What’s more, they also partner with U.S. Hunger to donate meals to children in need.
If you’re in a rush, don’t fret because they have same-day or next-day service depending on their availability.

I’ve spoken with my neighbors, so I thought Junk King only caters to residential clients but it turns out that they also cater to commercial spaces. This is useful because I have friends who need to have their office space cleared out.
They accept a wide range of junk from TVs to construction debris. However, some neighbors mention that they sometimes let clients help them out with loading the truck, which I think isn’t very professional on their end.
Some previous clients also mention hidden fees that they only know about on the day of pickup, so make sure to have them communicate clearly about the price breakdown before committing to their services.
It’s good, though, that they have environmentally-conscious efforts to recycle or donate up to 60% of their cleanout jobs. This, and the fact that they have same-day service, make them a viable option for the job.

Before considering LoadUp Junk Removal, I asked around the neighborhood about their experience with the company, and some said they were able to take advantage of the various junk they accept.
Part of my garage cleanout included old exercise equipment that has gone rusty through the years, so I think it’s convenient that LoadUp can clear out exercise gear apart from electronics, mattresses, and furniture.
