I needed to deliver an artwork, so I’m glad that they offer white glove service to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
Their online tracking is good, especially if you wish to keep your recipient updated on the delivery status. They’re focused on established businesses, though, and my needs are mostly for one-time deliveries – but they give professional service nonetheless.
I’ve noticed some reviews regarding inconsistent results, so their services may have their share of odd days.

I came across Priority Couriers when I needed medical deliveries for my mom at an ungodly hour.
It was convenient that they’re available 24/7, so this last-minute need was addressed immediately. Otherwise, it would have been a major inconvenience.
We seemed to have been lucky, though, since I heard mixed feedback from their previous clients, and the company doesn’t appear to offer a formal guarantee even for time-sensitive deliveries.
As such, it could be a hit or miss, which isn’t ideal during emergencies.
On the flip side, many longtime customers have expressed their satisfaction over how Priority Couriers can handle their packages with care regardless of size. Also, getting to conveniently book their services online is a big plus.

RXO is good for handling big deliveries like furniture. I booked them once when I had to move furniture from a studio to my home.
It’s a major advantage that they offer temperature-controlled trailers, too, since I know food business owners who could benefit from this.
Their services are heavily focused on heavy items, though, so they may not be able to prioritize smaller parcels. Delivery speed is also a bit of a hit or miss.
Despite this, I’ve still seen positive comments from previous clients, and I also had a good experience with them. It helps that they were also pretty organized and professional in handling my items.

I was interested in Goin’ Postal during a time when I needed a one-stop shop for my delivery needs. They have a wide range of services from mailing to faxing, which is quite rare nowadays.

However, there isn’t any mention of same-day delivery in their services page, nor do they offer white glove service. I was a bit bummed out by this, but they still had a ton of positive reviews — so how could I say no?
If your parcel delivery is urgent, you may want to reconsider, but if you’re after interacting with friendly staff and experiencing good customer service, Goin’ Postal may be a reliable option for you.
