Crown Staffing has been around since 1968, so we know they’re doing something right.
Treating clients properly is one of those. We had a solid chat with their support staff, particularly Ms. Chiniqua, who was quite informative and friendly.
Beyond that, they cover three major sectors: healthcare, light industrial work, and office gigs. People we talked to mentioned landing employees or jobs in these areas in about 2–4 weeks, which is the average in Jax.
What we love most, though, is that they put the employee’s or employer’s priorities first. The initial convo is all about you—your needs, goals, personality, work culture preference, etc.
They also keep tabs to ensure everything is clicking after the placement.
The downside is you’ll feel boxed out if you’re not part of the three divisions they focus on. Crown’s office is shut on weekends, too, so you might face some scheduling conflicts.

Thirty-plus years in the game make American Recruiting & Consulting Group (ARC) worthy of a shot. They’ve worked with some big names like Office Depot and Hoerbiger, so you know that even big names trust their team.
SMEs get love, too. In fact, ARC’s Recruitment Intelligence platform is geared toward smaller companies.
The said tool is a time-saver, thanks to its use of AI and data analytics to scout only A-tier talents in the market, including passive ones.
Another perk is its hourly billing, which eliminates crazy recruitment fees. The best part is that you get to keep the data you paid for, meaning you can make hires down the line without paying extra.
ARC isn’t available on weekends, though. Some clients have also run into less-than-interested reps.
On the upside, the agency’s coverage isn’t limited, with sectors like IT (IT companies Jacksonville), sales, healthcare, and even legal as their client base.

In 1981, FasTrack was founded to serve the horsing industry alone. Nowadays, they’re a multi-industry firm that handles IT, engineering, customer service, and more.
Their temp-to-hire setup is a nice touch, particularly for employers who want to test the waters before hiring a candidate full-time.
They also have a decent pool of job-seekers for niche roles that most names here lack. Think grinders, CNC operators, and security technicians.
No complaints about the office staff, either. We called several times, and reps like Michelle were upfront and sharp in answering questions—no “salesy” stuff.
However, the agency has some weak points. For one, a few clients mentioned being ghosted on job interviews.
A job-seeker also noted that the office is noisy—bad news if you’re filing crucial applications or taking a test.
The silver lining is that most acquire jobs or workers on time, typically in about 2–4 weeks.

Many of our interviewees gave All Purpose Staffing (APS) a thumbs-up.
One specific thing they praised was the pay. The agency usually matches clients with well-paying gigs, where checks are often handed weekly and rarely late.
They’re also not the type to throw you into any job. If they see subtle hints that you’re not feeling the role they offer, the reps actually listen and don’t push it.
What truly earned APS extra credit, however, is that they’ll personally call you if they find better matches, even if you already landed a job.
As for hiccups, there’s the weekend closure. Employees must also note that most of APS’ clientele are large-scale companies.
If that’s not a deal-breaker, you’ll be glad to know they’re not limited to 2–3 industries, with healthcare, construction, trades, logistics, and manufacturing as only half of their market.
Lastly, APS has a positive rep among those with military backgrounds. Two of our interviewees, for instance, mentioned landing full-time jobs with APS at the helm.

From what we gathered, Express Employment Professionals typically lives up to its name. We bumped into job-seekers who landed positions fast—some within a day or two after their interview, others within a week.
Business owners get benefits, too, with the “trial period” as the highlight. Basically, you’ll be given about 90 days to see if the hire fits the bill before going all in.
The agency also throws in some solid freebies for both employers and employees, like webinars and blogs designed to sharpen leadership and communication skills.
Coverage-wise, they’re not one-dimensional. Seven industries are serviced by Express, and that includes major sectors like healthcare, manufacturing, and admin.
That said, their customer service isn’t the best. Clients have called out their staff for being rude or slow.
Job openings aren’t exactly overflowing, either. There were only about five the last time we checked.
