I needed to have the tree trimmed ASAP, and it was convenient that Custom Tree offers 24/7 emergency tree service. I didn’t have to wait and risk a storm to damage the tree and my home.
Apart from tree trimming, they also offer other services like tree removal and stump grinding, but I opted for trimming in the meantime since I wanted to retain my yard tree.
They offer limited information on the equipment they use, though, but since they’re certified arborists, I wouldn’t worry about it. What you need to watch out for is their inconsistent communication with clients, with some reporting no return calls made.
Overall, however, Custom Tree Surgeons is great at what they do. You might just encounter a few hiccups on communication, but the pros outweigh the cons.

One of the things that caught my attention was The Branch Manager’s consulting arborists service. I don’t see this service often, but I think it’s a valuable resource to have on speed dial.
They offer services like Tree and Neighbor Conflict Resolutions, which is helpful if you have precarious tree branches trespassing in your property.
They also provide Tree Maintenance and Preservation Recommendations for keeping trees healthy.
They do, however, present inconsistent communication since there have been clients who have experienced no return calls regarding service concerns. However, other people have great things to say about their prompt service, so it’s a hit or miss.
