Great service!
Got a case of shingles, and by the time I needed critical info about lesions near my eye, it was Saturday! I left an emergency note with their weekend call service, and one of their Doctors called back shortly. He delivered critical info and set up my antiviral meds and topical eye cream to get me through to Monday when they got me in for an exam. Everything’s fine, but their responsiveness was very reassuring. All the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Great service!

Everyone from the front desk staff, technicians & doctor were exceptionally welcoming, very helpful and seemed happy. I felt heard by Dr. Samara. He listened to my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in helping me, not trying to rush me out to get to the next patient, unlike other doctors…very rare manners in today’s society. Another plus is having Riverside Park Surgicenter in the same building for certain procedures. That can make the whole surgery process feel a little less like a Jacksonville road trip.
The main drawback is scheduling. Friday hours end at 4 PM, and there are no weekend appointments.

Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor! I was lied in and was greeted by two lovely ladies, and they laughed and joked with me while I checked in. During the exam, the associate who assisted was sweet and told me that a lot of people have anxiety at the eye doctor. Then again, with the doctor, he assured me it wasn’t a test, and he was there to make the exam easy and not stressful. I had an enjoyable time even though I was stressed. 5/5 all around.

All of my questions were answered in a way I felt I could understand!
