They are accommodating and do their best to work with a family’s full schedules to get you time slots that work for you. The instructors Anasta and Ms. Kris were my children’s first instructors at Swimming Safari, and I couldn’t have asked for better ones. They teach well and work great with remembering they are kids. The school offers a free first lesson, which makes it easy to try before committing. All lessons take place in a private, heated indoor pool. So the weather is never an issue.
For those aged 1 to 3 years, private lessons provide an introduction to swimming and stroke techniques. Turtle Cove also offers sibling lesson options, which are super convenient for families with multiple kids.

“I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The staff is wonderful, very kind and welcoming. My 1 and 3 year old have graduated survival aquatics and are now completing bridge lessons. They even have STEM tutoring for the older children.

Jax Mobile Swim School is one of the few programs that begin teaching swimmers at an incredibly early age. Lessons begin at just 8 weeks old.
The program focuses on a balance between survival skills and traditional swimming techniques. So swimmers build safety awareness while learning proper strokes.
Another great thing about the program is that lessons run year-round in heated facilities. In some cases, they also offer at-home swim lessons, making it easier for families with busy schedules.
Facility lessons here cost $25 per lesson per month, which is considered very affordable compared to many swim schools. They also have an annual registration fee of $50 for new swimmers and $30 for returning students. This is fairly standard in my opinion.
Another interesting fact is that they provide certified lifeguard services for pool events. This is a helpful bonus for families hosting swimming parties.
My only gripe is that they don’t offer free trial lessons like others. This is something many would appreciate before they fully enroll their child in a program.
