4 Best IVF Clinics in Jacksonville to Start Your Journey

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Medical Expertise: We favored clinics led by board-certified reproductive endocrinology specialists. Strong credentials matter when the stakes are this personal.

Treatment Options: We looked beyond standard IVF. More treatment choices mean more room for a plan that actually fits.

Financial Flexibility: We checked for clear pricing, packages, and financial assistance. IVF is pricey enough without mystery fees joining the party.

Patient Accessibility: We considered opening hours, telehealth, and communication options. Flexible access can make a demanding treatment schedule much easier to manage.

Laboratory Quality: We prioritized clinics with strong in-house embryology support and experienced lab teams. A well-run lab is a major part of the IVF process.

A friend of mine works at a prenatal massage clinic, and she’s met plenty of mums-to-be whose journeys started with IVF. Hearing those stories has made me realize how much the right clinic can shape the experience.

Finding the best IVF clinic in Jacksonville isn’t just about impressive technology or glossy success stories. You’ll want specialists who explain things clearly, listen properly, and make an already emotional process feel a little less clinical.

Jacksonville has several fertility clinics catering to aspiring parents, LGBTQ+ families, and patients traveling for treatment. We’ve narrowed down the local options to help you compare care, costs, and services before taking that very big next step.

How much does IVF (in vitro fertilization) cost in Jacksonville?

A single IVF cycle in Jacksonville typically costs around $8,100 to $23,000 in basic fees. With fertility medications included, the total can reach roughly $15,000 to $30,000.

Extra services such as genetic testing, embryo freezing, or storage can raise the final bill. Insurance coverage varies, so it’s worth asking each clinic for a detailed cost breakdown before treatment starts.

Base clinic fee$5,500–$12,000+
Fertility medications$3,000–$7,000
Anesthesia fee$550–$600

1. Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine

Website

Address: 7051 Southpoint Pkwy STE 200

Contact: 904-493-2229

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM | Friday, 8 AM – 1 PM

Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine feels like the kind of place that looks beyond the usual IVF checklist.

Dr. Michael D. Fox is board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, with a particular interest in PCOS, insulin resistance, and metabolic factors linked to fertility.

I like that the clinic offers several fertility treatment options instead of treating IVF as a one-size-fits-all solution. Telemedicine is a welcome bonus too, especially when appointments can quickly start filling your calendar.

There’s something reassuring about having a team consider hormonal and metabolic factors alongside reproductive treatment.

For patients who’ve felt brushed off elsewhere, that more individual approach may be especially appealing.

The main snag is the schedule: Fridays end at 1 PM, and weekends are closed. That’s not ideal if workdays are packed and your free time mostly starts after five.

Pros

  • Board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist
  •
  • Offers IVF and other fertility treatment options
  • Telemedicine appointments available
  • More individualized approach to fertility care

Cons

  • Closes early at 1 PM on Fridays
  • Closed on Saturdays and Sundays

We Felt Like Family Throughout IVF

We can not say enough good things about this amazing clinic. The staff is so kind! They don’t treat you like money or just another client; they treat you like family. They have always been just a phone call away for us through our IVF journey. Mrs. Bishop, Courtney, and Tammy are the dream team. I felt extremely cared for, and they helped us with our little miracle. In addition, they are military friendly! From now on, this is our clinic of choice.

They Never Gave Up Hope for Us

Dr. Fox and his staff were absolutely amazing and never gave up hope we would have our baby. They tried all kinds of different options for us, and finally we got our miracle rainbow twins who are 3.5 years old now.  I felt important and a priority when we went through our IVF cycles at JCRM. I was always informed and never kept out of the loop on anything.  They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the newest advancements in the fertility world. I HIGHLY recommend at the very least going to a consultation with them.

2. Brown Fertility

Website

Address: 8149 Point Meadows Way

Contact: 877-260-0352

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 AM– 4 PM | Saturday, 8 AM – noon

Brown Fertility feels like a clinic that understands there isn’t just one road to parenthood. Its frequent use of Single Embryo Transfer, when appropriate, may help lower the risks linked to multiple pregnancies.

I like that patients can explore options beyond conventional IVF, including In Vitro Maturation in selected cases.

The clinic’s TruPath shared-risk plan may bring a little more financial predictability when multiple retrievals or transfers are needed.

There’s reassuring experience behind the team too. Drs. Samuel Brown and Rafael Cabrera trained at the Jones Institute, while Dr. Angeline Beltsos is board-certified in both OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

The only snag is the Sunday closure, which trims down weekend flexibility. Saturday hours help, though they’re limited to 8 AM until noon.

Pros

  • Frequently uses Single Embryo Transfer when appropriate
  • Offers In Vitro Maturation for selected patients
  •
  •
  • Dr. Angeline Beltsos is double board-certified
  • Saturday morning appointments available

Cons

  • Closed on Sundays
  • Saturday hours are limited to 8 AM–noon

Finally Getting Our Miracle Baby

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for 4 years. After multiple heartbreaks and trials, we decided to try IVF this year. We are so grateful that we did because we are finally getting our miracle baby! I had my first round of IVF. June 24th, and today I’m 12 weeks pregnant. I can’t describe the happiness we are filled with, and that is all thanks to Dr. Brown and his entire staff! Kristen did all of my procedures, and I’m especially thankful to her; she was so kind and genuine.

So Grateful for the Support on Our IVF Journey

I started my first IVF cycle in March 2024, but unfortunately, it didn’t work on my first attempt. I decided to continue and try again. Today, in May 2025, I have my baby in my arms, a healthy and beautiful girl. I definitely recommend them. I am so grateful to the Brown Fertility team. Thank you so much for helping me fulfill my biggest dream of becoming a mother.

3. Assisted Fertility Program

Website

Address: 3627 University Blvd S #450

Contact: 904-398-1473

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Assisted Fertility Program has been around since 1985, which gives it the kind of longevity that can feel reassuring when you’re making a big decision.

Dr. Marwan Shaykh brings decades of experience in reproductive medicine and holds specialist certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

I like that the clinic offers more than conventional IVF. INVOCELL is one option, using an intravaginal culture device rather than relying solely on a laboratory incubator.

They’re a bit unusual in another way too. The clinic says it’s one of the few still offering GIFT and ZIFT, which may appeal to patients exploring less common fertility treatments.

The biggest drawback is the weekday-only schedule, with the office closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

That could be inconvenient if you’re hoping to fit routine appointments around a packed workweek.

Pros

  • Established IVF program operating since 1985
  • Led by an experienced reproductive endocrinology specialist
  • Offers conventional IVF and INVOCELL
  • Provides less common options such as GIFT and ZIFT
  • Broad range of fertility treatment approaches

Cons

  • Weekday-only office hours may be inconvenient for working patients

The One-on-One Care Made a Difference

Dr Sheykh and his outstanding team have helped us through what can be a challenging process. I am now 23 weeks pregnant and expecting a little boy.

I had been to a different fertility clinic before, and it was a completely different experience. With assisted fertility, you feel like you have one-on-one attention during the IVF process. In other clinics, you are just a number. His wonderful staff gets to know you by name, and they help you with every detail. Always quick to answer your calls and give you the information you need. I highly recommend Assisted Fertility.

So Grateful for Their Care and Guidance

There are no words to describe Sr. Shaykh and his staff. We couldn’t ask for better people to have been on our IVF journey. We started our journey in 2021. We were supposed to have a tubal, but after a more in-depth review, Dr. Shaykh said the odds would probably not be in our favor. So we decided to trust him and take his advice on IVF. We recently just delivered our sweet baby, and it’s all that’s to Dr. Shaykh and his staff. Without their expertise, care, and compassion, we would not have our sweet baby girl today.

4. Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine

Website

Address: 841 Prudential Dr Ste 260

Contact: 904-399-5620

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine has serious staying power, and that can be reassuring when you’re trusting a clinic with something this personal.

Founder Dr. Kevin Winslow leads an experienced fertility team, while the clinic says its program has helped welcome more than 20,000 babies.

I like that FIRM keeps much of the science close to home with its own embryology lab. Lab director Dr. X. Xiang brings a PhD in reproductive biology and extensive experience studying embryo development.

There’s thoughtful support for specific patients too. Military families can receive a 10% IVF discount, while qualifying uninsured patients may get up to $2,000 in medication assistance.

The main snag is the weekday lunch closure from noon to 1 PM. That can be awkward if your lunch break is the easiest time to squeeze in clinic errands.

Pros

  • Experienced fertility team led by Dr. Kevin Winslow
  • Clinic says its program has helped welcome 20,000+ babies
  • In-house embryology laboratory
  • Lab director has a PhD in reproductive biology
  • 10% IVF discount for military families
  • Up to $2,000 in medication assistance for qualifying uninsured patients

Cons

  • Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Office closes from noon–1 PM every weekday

We Truly Felt Cared For Throughout IVF

My wife and I have officially graduated from FIRM with our second baby, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Dr. Gentry. She has such a rare ability to make her patients feel genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process. During both of our IVF journeys, we had complete trust in her. Not only because of her expertise, but because of the compassion and reassurance she brought to every step along the way. If you are looking for the best in the business, get in with Dr. Gentry.

Three IVF Rounds That Were Worth It

After 3 rounds of IVF at FIRM, I can finally leave my review! Thank you, thank you, thank you! God finally blessed me with my perfect baby. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Erb and Dr. Winslow, who helped to get me to a live birth. Although the odds were against us, I had a less than 1% chance of conceiving naturally. Dr. Erb was confident that I would have a baby through IVF, and she was right! Nurse Patty was very Knowledgeable and kind as well. The process was not perfect, but it was sure worth it!
