Great location with accountable and friendly staff
Best place to get a rental. Lately I’ve had to use uhaul quite a bit between their pickups, cargo van, 10 and 14 ft trucks to move friends and furniture my wife and I were getting. I’ve used 4 different locations including this one located downtown. I really like the staff here. Everyone I dealt with was great, accountable, and quick. When I went to pick up the truck the gentlemen that helped me I later found out was the store manager. I had no clue and was blown away, really funny, humble person.

This has to be the best TEAM of people running a truck rental service! From the young man who helped my wife on December 10th(I wish I could remember his name) to Alyssa up front, the mechanic James, Raymond the garage manager and the branch manager Jessil these folks will take care of you. Be patient, they are busy, everyday, but they will treat you right, give you solid equipment, and very occasionally if there are issues, take care of them quickly and show that they value their customers! Great follow-up and accommodating service
Great service. They were very nice to do a follow up confirmation call especially when I was running late. They were able to keep my truck rental since closing my house took longer than expected. Make sure you use your triple A card for further discount. They do allow overnight drop off. They will require an $150 deposit but it will be refunded upon your return. Thank you for a great service.

Helpful staff and flexible rescheduling experience
What a pleasure it was renting a truck from here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I rented a 12′ truck for a Saturday local move but we were unable to move in on that day. I called the office and explained what happened and they were more than helpful and understanding. They moved my rental day to Monday with no issues or problems. When I went to pick up the truck my rental agreement was ready and I was in the truck and driving within 15 minutes.
