When we went in to get a broken chain fixed, we were surprised by how quickly they finished the repair.
If you have old scrap gold, they can even turn it into something completely new, and their laser engraving creates really detailed designs or text.
The only downside is their flat fee of $150 for jewelry appraisals, which could feel high if you just have a small item.
